IPL LOVER COURSE – SERVICE AGREEMENT This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between: Skin Freak Academy ("Company," "We," "Us") And the individual enrolling in the IPL Lover Course ("Student," "You"). By purchasing the IPL Lover Course and selecting the 4 month payment plan option, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. COURSE ACCESS & PAYMENT TERMS 1.1 Payment Commitment – You agree to 4 monthly payments of $250 AUD (including GST), beginning on the date of purchase. Payments will be automatically deducted from your nominated payment method each month for 4 months. 1.2 Course Access – Upon purchase, you will receive immediate access to the IPL Lover Course. 1.3 Course Ownership – You will retain lifetime access to the course only if all 4 payments are completed in full. 2. FAILURE TO MAKE PAYMENTS 2.1 Missed Payments – If a payment fails, you will be given 3 business days to resolve the issue. 2.2 Account Suspension – If payment is not received within 3 business days, your course access may be paused until payment is made. 2.3 Non-Payment & Debt Collection – If full payment is not completed by the end of the 12-week term, course access will be revoked permanently, and the outstanding balance may be referred to debt collection services for recovery. 3. REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS 3.1 No Refund Policy – Due to the immediate digital access provided, all sales are final. No refunds, cancellations, or transfers will be granted once the payment plan has been initiated. 4. AGREEMENT ACKNOWLEDGMENT By completing your purchase, you expressly agree to these terms and confirm that you: Understand that you are legally committing to 4 monthly payments of $250 AUD (incl. GST). Acknowledge that failure to complete payments will result in course access being revoked. Are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available for each scheduled payment.
