Skin Sisters Membership – Terms & Conditions

By joining the Skin Sisters Membership, you agree to the following terms:

1. Membership Term

Skin Sisters is a 12-month membership.
By signing up, you are committing to the full 12-month term.

2. Payment Commitment

Members agree to:

  • One fixed payment per month for 12 months

  • Payments are automatically processed via the payment method provided

  • Membership fees are non-refundable

3. No Cancellation Within the Term

Once enrolled, you cannot cancel, pause, or terminate your membership during the 12-month period.
All members are responsible for completing the full 12 months of payments, regardless of participation.

4. Automatic Renewal

At the end of your 12-month term, your membership will automatically renew for another 12-month cycle.
Membership will continue to renew annually unless you opt out (see Section 5).

5. Ending Your Membership / Opting Out of Renewal

If you wish to stop your membership from renewing:

  • You must provide written notice at least 30 days prior to your renewal date

  • If notice is received after this 30-day window, the next 12-month cycle will automatically begin and payments will continue as scheduled

6. Failed or Missed Payments

If a payment fails:

  • You will receive a notification to update your billing details

  • If the payment remains unpaid after 14 days, your access to all membership sessions, replays, community, and the Emergency Support Chat will be suspended

  • Any account over 3 months in arrears will be referred to external debt collection services for recovery of the full amount owing for the current 12-month term

7. Emergency Support Chat

The Emergency Support Chat is available only to active, fully paid members.
If your membership is suspended due to non-payment, access will be paused until all overdue payments are cleared.

8. Access to Content

You have full access to all live sessions, replays, the community, and the resource library while your membership is active and up to date.
Access will be removed if your membership ends or is suspended due to overdue payments.

9. Team-Share Friendly Membership

Your membership is registered to a single primary account holder, however:

  • You may share the education, resources, and learnings with your internal team members

  • This includes using masterclasses or tools to train, upskill, or support team growth

  • Access to live calls, replays, the community, and the Emergency Support Chat remains linked to the primary account holder and cannot be logged into by multiple individuals

This ensures the value of the membership is protected while still supporting your team’s development.

10. Professional Responsibility

All education, guidance, and support within the membership is for professional development.
Members are responsible for applying all information in alignment with their own qualifications, scope of practice, insurance coverage, and local regulations.
